Anna Badurska joins Aegis Capital as Venture Partner

Anna Badurska has joined Aegis Capital as a Venture Partner, further strengthening the fund’s focus on HealthTech and AgeTech.

Anna is a seasoned HealthTech innovation expert, founder of 42 Global Ventures, and currently leads the HealthTech & AgeTech focus at White Castle Partners. She has built her career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and investment, supporting startups across healthcare, life sciences, and wellbeing. Companies she has worked with have raised over €1 billion in funding over the past decade.

At Aegis Ventures, she will focus on identifying high-potential investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies, particularly in HealthTech and AgeTech. Her experience spans working with hundreds of founders and helping build the partnerships needed to scale innovation in complex, regulated markets.

She brings a strong perspective on where the sector is heading — from the growing role of AI in diagnostics and therapeutics, to the importance of talent and partnerships in driving meaningful impact. Drawing on her work across international ecosystems, including White Castle Partners, she emphasizes that success in HealthTech requires not just capital, but resilience, flexibility, and the ability to navigate challenging regulatory environments.
